Quia pays close attention to the W3C's accessibility standards.
We also supplement the W3C standards with internally developed
standards
relating to the presentation of educational materials (such as
not relying exclusively on color to indicate whether a response
is correct or incorrect). I believe you'll find Quia's level of
compliance to be higher than other Web-based educational services
you have evaluated.
