Hi All

Couple of items for info...

1. 	I am now a member of the Creative Yorkshire Steering Group.
2.	Helen and I had a good meeting with Bill Boffin and Andy Curtis(Simula) this
morning at which several things were discussed at a regional/strategic level
and at a more detailed service/content level.

Both these items relate to looking forward for funding and income streams.

Bill Boffin is now a member of the MOE Steering group.

An interesting element coming out of the discussion with Andy Curtis was how we
do need to make it clear that we are offering 'services' in MO and not just web
page design.

The pilot activity on audio streaming with the Northern Media School and SURE
FM is proving interesting in sorting out our relationship with those requiring
services from MO. Similar issues arise with what we do for SIMULA in terms of
streaming and rendering 3D objects.

Helen has some more intelligence on the sort of info. we need to collect from
SMEs to make sure we get our claim info. right. She is revising the SME
registration form to indicate the 'sort' of help we give to the SME in project
output terms.
Also needed is a record of the time an SME spends talking to us.

Everyone is invited to the First Thursday event on the 3rd. May starting at
6.00 in the NCPM. I will be presenting MO at the event. This will be a good
chance for us all to meet each other socially and to meet people from the
region and sectors we are dealing with.
