There's a setting for mailman, under the Privacy Options of the 
Administrative interface that says "Restrict posting privilege to 
list members?"

I don't have access to the Administrative interface of this list, but 
may I suggest that whoever does selects Yes for this option, so we 
can avoid this spam?
