Hi All

Please note that the site posted by Jay in his e-mail is the 'MO' information
site which has been developed as a result of a requirement expressed at the
last meeting. 

It is not the main MO site. 

The main MO site as designed by Mark is still the main development site
containing all the agreed services, which are at various stages of development.

The MO information site is aimed at anyone enquiring about the MO services. For
example, people looking at research jobs/outputs, profiles of those working on
the project, MO's place in the sector etc...

People present at the meeting will remember that this was commissioned because
we felt that the nature of the MO site is such that if we sent people to the
site, they would be potentially disappointed in what they found. The strength
of MO is the services it will provide, but people expect to see something at a
URL.

Remember that we have a set of priorities agreed for the service delivery via
the site. The first of these is the directory service, which is being developed
and tested at the same time as the MO news service.

Deadlines are in the process of being agreed for the roll out of service
delivery.

People may have opinions about the look and feel of the main site, and a more
upbeat marketing site or content on this site may be required.

We should discuss all these items.
