All looks very clear and comprehensive - no clutter, easy to navigate, like it.

Some suggestions on the splash page:
How about justifying the text to make it look tidier at the edge?
No apostrophe in portfolios
very picky this, but can the last line read:
".........enter your details you can have a preview of the site and of the full
range of services we will be offering."
Don't want people to think they can have the full range yet.

1 last thing...........
Struck me that the MO logo looks a bit like Bod's head (remember Bod?) in
profile.  Potential to create very simple little character by giving it
shoulders, 2 dots for eyes and using it as an image for the "Ask Mo" / help
buttons?  Just an idea, probably very naff, if so, ignore me!
