[Cms-moe-list] Mock up of MO page

Again - looks fine. tend to agree about the colour/depth and brightness,
although it does depend on peoples' screens. The identification of mo with the
straightforward blue and white seems a good design approach, but maybe dilution
with some more white would help if the overall effect is too bright?

Haven't had chance to look more carefuly at the text. Will do later.
