I forgot to mention this at the last meeting - apologies...

I think the web site needs to have a privacy statement fairly 
urgently. Experience is that people will (understandably) be wary 
about registering their personal details unless they have confidence 
about how the information will be used.

There are a number of helpful resources for developing a privacy 
statement tailored to our needs.

Two of the best are:
http://www.truste.org/wizard - gives a means of generating your own 
statement according to what you will be using the info for
http://www.truste.com/bus/pub_resourceguide.html - has downloadable 
model statement

It's increasingly common for commerce sites to have a link to the 
privacy statement in the footer of _every_ page of the site (see 
Amazon for example). I'm not sure how straightforward this would be 
to achieve on the MO template (depends on the authoring tool, I 
guess).
