Hi,

I've updated the 'live' and 'test' MO website. All none functioning elements
have been removed.

User input has been changed to an e-mail request for the relevant Form(s). Form
content will be finalised by next Thurs by Group 1. At that time the Forms will
be converted to downloadable e-mail file attachments [by Tracy?] to be sent out
to enquirers. The Forms will also be converted into Access tables by
Alex/Sergio and copies given to the relevant people.

When enquires are received the person responsible for that section (you know
who you are from yesterday) will send out the Form. On receipt of the completed
Form a confirmation reply is sent. Their details are then filled into the
Access table and a web page containing their information created. [I will train
anyone not knowing how to do this, I will also make a series of templates for
you all to use.]

Once completed, the page is loaded to the 'testsite/mo/newstuff' folder on the
Remo01 server and an e-mail message sent to me so that I can check it, make
relevant links and upload to the 'live' server.

Only one definitive copy [DO back it up !!!!] of the Access table, as regards
content, is kept by the person responsible. Sergio/Alex will have a copy for
development purposes.
