Here is the info about the discussion forum s'ware which has been developed by
Tim ones et al.

It would be useful for all to use it and give some feedback.

Hopefully, some if not all of us can see the demo next week.

Bob

Hi Bob,

the URL for the on-line collaboration zone is
http://rem01.cms.shu.ac.uk/forum/index.cfm .

I must stress that this is still a beta version which contains all the
functionality of the finished product. The complete version will be launched
ready for our final presentation next week. Dates available for the
presentation are Wednesday 23/05/01 and Thursday 24/5/01 AM or PM could you
please pick a time on one of these day's and mail me back so I can book the
time.

If you and your colleagues could please visit the on-line collaboration zone
and start actively using a forum it would help us iron out any bug's but also
allow us to get feedback from your self and most importantly we can have live
information to present at our presentation.

In regard's to other work myself and colleague would be very interested in
working on the Mo project in other area's. Just to get you thinking, from our
discussion today we were talking about personal content delivery, we have
already created a system which delivers personalised information direct to the
user's web page using our own Content Management software. We have created an
Executive Information system which allow's company directors to go into the
system customise the user interface and the content they wish to view, I think
this type of technology would be very useful for the Mo project. If you would
like to view the EIS visit

I believe Mo has managed to find it's market and has great idea's on how to
deliver to that market but I think because of miss communication and people
concentrating on other work, the mo project is suffering. I think it's crucial
for this project to be a success the Back end technologies and also the front
end need to work together and all parties need to have a solid understanding of
what is required and how they both fit together.

We finish our HND in three week's and I think with our understanding of
Coldfusion, HTML, Graphic design, user's need's, a good understanding of
Business practice and our industry knowledge it would be great idea for us to
work with yourselves on Mo, It also gives us great experience and some local
awareness.

I will send through the documentation and other relevant information regarding
the On-line collaboration zone before the presentation. If yourself or
colleagues have any questions or comment's please feel free to contact me or
any of the team.

I look forward to the presentation next week and hope we can take our work
further on the Mo project.

See you soon.

Kind Regards,

Tim Jones
