-I have a few queries about Leeds too. It is difficult to speculate about l=
ocal government finance when I am not in it.
So two questions
Can one department charge another for officer time on consultations?
Does Leeds CC charge for the Public Path Orders? There is nothing under inc=
ome for this.=20
I know Windsor & Maidenhead charge a minimum of =A3500 + advertising costs
