I am having trouble with this too.
I can get some for my own organisation but there are no comparables with other agencies and they would not be about PROW. 
If anyone can 'share'info with me too it would be much appreciated. I have spoken to Andrew at Windsor & Maidenhead and think he can help
with theirs but another set would be helpful.
