I'd talk to ProQuest and ask them if their product supports DVD's.
With a SCSI or IDE interface, many devices that handle CD-ROM
drives will also handle DVD's. Case in point - HP uses the same Axis
controller for both their CD-ROM and DVD servers.
So... it could be as easy as slipping out a CD-ROM drive and slipping
in a DVD drive, so it shouldn't cost too much.
