Don't know for sure - I just put 4.08 on my PC to test some pages, but I
haven't used it regularly for a long time.  I looked at its files and Registry
keys and didn't see anything, but that doesn't mean a setting does not exist.

The easiest thing to do would be to try the value above and see if it works -
it's not an IE-specific command, so perhaps programs which don't have their own
settings will use that one.
