We've been very happy with Keyserver, from http://www.sassafras.com.
We're running the server (tracking portion) on linux to track a number
of Windows apps, Folio databases included.

>From their website:

*Supports Windows 95/98/NT/2000, Windows 3.1x, Mac OS 6/7/8/9, MAE,
A/UX, and Thin-client desktops
*Requires no file server but is compatible with Windows 95/98/NT/2000,
Novell NetWare, AppleShare, PathWorks, Banyan / Vines etc.

Best of luck to you!
