[Shu-cdromlan] Changes in list policy

Effective with this message, all lists that I manage at Boise State
now forbid attachments.  If you send a message to the list with an
attachment, it will be rejected and returned to you.  This means no
attachments of any kind, including "virtual business cards", Word
documents, and so forth. The lists also will not distribute HTML (web
page) documents; this policy has been in effect for most of the lists
for some time.

If you have any questions or problems with these policies, please let me
know personally, off list.
