Hi All

I am passing on the following e-mail from Tim to all.

Please look at the test site and get your report back to Tim as soon as you
can. Unfortunately, Mark is off ill at the moment, but hopefully he will be
able to comment as soon as he is fit.

I have been doing some reporting back to Tim on details, but the more testing
we get at this stage the better.

Hi All,

Over the last couple of weeks Matthew and I have been making the changes / 
improvements to the web site that you've all been sending through.  I now 
believe we are at a stable point and think it's a good idea that I release 
the latest version for testing.

I thought it would be a good idea if we do this in two stages.

1. Release to technical a.k.a Mat, Bob, Mark P and Olly - Get feedback from 
yourselves in order to spot and iron out bug's etc.
2. Release to the rest of the team and make any changes they spot.
After this, we should then have a stable release, fit for official launch.

So if you could go to  http://62.31.18.27/mo2/ and look through each page, 
please put together some kind of report documenting bugs / suggestions. It 
would also be useful if you could send screen shots of any visual bugs. 
Also, please specify your system spec i.e screen resolution, Browser etc. 
etc.  Please document everything you come across - it all comes in useful 
when working on the site.

Below are a list of know bugs which I'm working on.

Frameset.cfm (Home Page)

The event scroller appears outside the box.
There are words missing from the ERF logo
The copy write etc. need formatting
There is a big gap between the last horizontal rule and the copy write 
information.

News Section.

We have not got no News in Audio or Video (Bob and Matthew are working on this)
News Archive doesn't work (This is a minor SQL error)

Jobs section.

The two input forms are rather large (HTML bug).

Training section.

There are some HTML formatting issues.

Directory

Advanced Search not working (Again Minor SQL issue)
Join the directory needs validation

Services

HTML formatting issues with the linked section.

Resources

Encrypted work space is blank (Suggestions welcome)
Plan to include a request form for this service?
Same for media streaming

Portfolio section (Jay is working on this)

Apart from those, all of which I am working ASAP, I welcome any bugs / 
improvements you suggest.

Also attached is a Mini road map which outlines what needs to be done 
before the launch on the 27th.
