Hi Bob
A couple of general things:
It is important that the Designers - Jay, Oli and Mark - are involved in any
changes to the look of the site, since this is seperate from the functionality.
All text must be proof read by somebody from Group 1 (Karen, Tracy, Sophie,
Helen or me) before anything goes live. We need a bit of notice for this,
since not everyone in the team has access to a working computer.
