We have a DiscZerver and I always make sure to map root when running
programs. If that doesn't do it you may have to use the "Publish as an
individual share" option on the DiscZerver. If that still doesn't work you
may need to use a CD Emulator program, such as BCD that I recently
recommended.
We use SIRS Researcher and I have had no problems running from different
sources over the years. Good luck.
