Technologies for Training (TfT) has a substantial glossary of 
multimedia/technology based training terms at 
http://www.tft.co.uk/glossary.html

I am a director of TfT (also webmaster) and could ask my colleagues 
if MOE could use this glossary - we could possibly reproduce some or 
all of it on our own site - if you like. But if you do like, please 
say exactly how you'd like to use it so that I can pass on the 
request.
